Terms + Conditions

1. Bookings will be accepted subject to availability and receipt of a 10% deposit for each week booked.

2. Confirmation of booking will be sent on receipt of email request and 10% deposit.

3. A £40.00 deposit is required with the balance to cover lost keys or any damage to the chalet and will be returned (by post to you) once the chalet has been inspected and keys returned.

4. Full payment of the balance, plus deposit for keys, is required 4 weeks prior to booking date.

5. Bookings start and finish on a Saturday, except by prior arrangement. Keys will be mailed in advance. During busy periods, the chalet will be available to occupy from 1.00 pm on the date of arrival, and must be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure (due to limited availability of cleaners).

6. Deposits for cancelled bookings will be returned only if the chalet can be re-booked.

7. Only persons listed on the booking form are authorised to stay in the chalet unless otherwise agreed. Numbers shall not exceed four persons.

8. No pets are allowed in the chalet or on the site.

9. Smoking is not allowed in the chalet.

11. Bedlinen such as duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. Visitors will have to make their own provision.

10. The site’s management reserve the right to request any party to leave the site should their conduct be prejudicial to the well-being of other visitors.
